OCS Group Singapore has now developed a software solution to help assist companies manage reactivation projects named “Limitless” (more on this later).
This system is unique in its operation, requires very little skill set to operate, and does not need a dedicated operator. Information can be entered by all “Key” lead members of the project team or others given access and approved. It does not matter which direction or plan a company wishes to take, this system manages the process.
Even procurement will have access and enter items and status of procurement items so team members can see at a glance the schedules for items ordered or not etc.
The process is simple, you find a work scope and enter it, that’s all there is no order to enter the SOW, the supersmart software manages the rest by organizing the information, processes and systemizing the SOW etc. As with any Project Management solution “Systemization” is essential.
